Pregnancy Care at your pace in your space.
Unrushed, inclusive and holistic care in the comfort of your home. I offer the complete range of antenatal appointments. I will offer to check your blood pressure, test your urine and check the growth and position of your baby. We will have time to discuss your individual needs, explore all your birth options and support you in your choices with information and resources.
I can arrange for private blood tests, scans and support you at obstetric appointments if indicated.

Birth care
Respectful, evidence-based care that is focused on YOU. Support and continuity from midwives you know and trust.
On-call for you from 37 weeks until your baby arrives. With you from when you feel that you need support in labour until you are safely tucked up with your new arrival!
It is recommended to have two midwives at a home birth and that is what we provide. If you are choosing non-clinical hospital support your named midwife will be with you throughout the process including an early labour assessment at home where appropriate.

Feeding support package
This includes a 1-1 preparation session with time to ask all those questions and understand the physiology of feeding and life with a newborn.
I then offer two unrushed home visits and up to 3 hours of follow-up phone calls/text/zoom in the weeks after your baby is born, timed for when you need them most.

Postpartum and feeding care
Personalised postpartum care in a pattern that supports your growing confidence.
Flexible, compassionate and unrushed support including intensive feeding support.
Birth recovery support, weighing your baby and checking the wellbeing of mother and baby including offering routine screening tests (weight and newborn bloodspot testing).
